Easily craft your own Brown Butter and Sage Sauce as the perfect accompaniment to our Handmade Mezzelune Pasta!
In a sauce or saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until brown bits begin to form on the bottom of pan. Add sage leaves, add continue stirring until butter has a nutty aroma and is nicely browned. Drain pasta and saute with brown butter sauce until coated. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
