We partnered with our French friends, Celine and Christophe, of Goudy's Artisan Charcuterie to bring you a truly indulgent and special treat this Valentines! These handmade Ravioli are filled a delicate blend of pure foie gras, black truffle, cream cheese and cognac. Don't overdo it on the sauce with these, all the flavor you need is held inside. A simple drizzle of high quality olive oil or our Brown Butter & Sage should do the trick!
