The Gluten Free version of our specialty Lasagna Funghi, Salsiccia & Olio al Tartufo! Our fresh pasta sheets are handmade with gluten free flour imported from Italy, carefully layered with our own homemade gluten-free creamy béchamel, sautéed mushrooms, Italian fennel sausage, a touch of cream, a drizzle of truffle oil, and plenty of Parmesan cheese. All you have to do is pop this in your own oven and enjoy any night of the week!
Ingredients: Gluten-free pasta sheets: Gluten free wheat starch (meets the FDA requirements for Gluten Free products), dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, guar, flavoring (Imported from Italy). Gluten- free Bechamel: imported Italian gluten-free flour, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Italian Sausage: (pork, sea salt, black pepper, anise, fennel seed, parsley, paprika, canola oil, garlic, crushed red pepper). Parmesan Cheese. Mushroom. Truffle Oil.
We take great care in preparing all of our Gluten Free products, and do our best to avoid any cross-contamination. All production takes place in our private commercial kitchen space in south Denver. We produce Gluten Free items on different days than our non gluten free products, and also use separate equipment.
