The Gluten Free version of our classic Lasagna Bolognese! Our fresh pasta sheets are handmade with gluten free flour imported from Italy, then carefully layered with our slow cooked all-beef Bolognese and Tomato sauces, our from scratch, gluten-free, creamy béchamel, and finished with grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. All you have to do is pop this in your own oven and enjoy any night of the week!
Ingredients: Bolognese Sauce: 100% ground beef, tomato sauce, red wine, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Gluten-free pasta sheets: Gluten free wheat starch (meets the FDA requirements for Gluten Free products), dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, guar, flavoring (Imported from Italy). Gluten- free Bechamel: imported Italian gluten-free flour, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Tomato Sauce: whole plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt. Cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan.

We take great care in preparing all of our Gluten Free products, and do our best to avoid any cross-contamination. All production takes place in our private commercial kitchen space in south Denver. We produce Gluten Free items on different days than our non gluten free products, and also use separate equipment.
