One of Italy's most classic sauces, originating from the small town of Amatrice, about an hour from Rome, in the Lazio region. The classic noodle to pair with this sauce is Bucatini, a long noodle slightly thicker than Spaghetti, with a hole through the center. We added a little bit of spice to our preparation of this sauce, and you can also add more if you like with our Homemade Spicy Chili Oil! Buon Appetito!
