Using gluten free pasta sheets imported from Italy, our own homemade gluten-free creamy béchamel, carefully layered with slow cooked all-beef Bolognese and Tomato sauces, and finished with grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. All you have to do is pop this in your own oven and enjoy any night of the week!
Ingredients: Bolognese Sauce: 100% ground beef, tomato sauce, red wine, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Gluten-free pasta sheets: Corn flour, brown rice flour, mono & diglycerides (Imported from Italy). Gluten- free Bechamel: all purpose gluten-free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sorghum flour, fava bean flour), whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Tomato Sauce: whole plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt. Cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan.
