Our newest specialty Lasagna is an ode to the mountains! With indulgent ingredients hailing from the Italian alp and Dolmite regions, this lasagna is the perfect way to usher in the changing seasons. Mixed mushrooms, Taleggio cheese, and Speck (smoked prosciutto) perfectly layered between our handmade pasta sheets along with creamy Béchamel and finished with Parmesan cheese. Ingredients: Homemade Pasta sheets: Italian 00 flour, semolina flour, egg, water, salt. Bechamel: Italiam 00 flour, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Taleggio and Parmesan cheeses.
