Another treat from our most recent trip to Sardegna that we are happy to share with you! Cherry peppers stuffed with tuna and capers. Completely natural and simple ingredients, traditionally preserved. The perfect addition to an antipasto platter!
"Ayo" makes refernce to the Sardegnan word "Ajo" which means, "let's go!"
Ingredients: Cherry peppers 40%, filling 26% (tuna, sunflower oil, caper), extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, sugar, lactic acid.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days.
