Another treat from our most recent trip to Sardegna that we are happy to share with you! Marinated Sardegnan Artichokes (the world's best, even if we are a little biased!). Completely natural and simple ingredients, traditionally preserved. The perfect addition to an antipasto platter!
"Ayo" makes refernce to the Sardegnan word "Ajo" which means, "let's go!"
Ingredients: Artichoke hearts 66%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, garlic, citric acid.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 15 days.
