With nearly 30 years of combined experience in over 15 different restaurants, 7 different cities, and 5 different countries, Mario and Kelly Crobu have a passion for hospitality, good food, travel, (and don’t forget wine!), and, most importantly, sharing these things with others.
Mario and Kelly met in New York City, while working together at an Italian restaurant in Tribeca. They got married and, after the birth of their son, Anthony, made the move to Denver, Colorado to be closer to family.
Mario is a native Italian, born and raised on the Mediterranean island of Sardegna. Growing up, he learned traditional pasta making, cooking techniques, and recipes with his family.
Kelly, originally from Chicago, grew up in the Philippines. Living overseas gave her a love for other cultures, the ocean, and a constant seeking out of new adventures and experiences.
