Another treat from our most recent trip to Sardegna that we are happy to share with you! Cauliflower marinated with olives and sundried tomato. Completely natural and simple ingredients, traditionally preserved. The perfect addition to an antipasto platter!
"Ayo" makes refernce to the Sardegnan word "Ajo" which means, "let's go!"
Ingredients: Cauliflower 62%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, olives, sundried tomato, white wine vinegar, salt, sugar, lactic acid.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days.
