We make every element of this classic Lasagna Bolognese completely from scratch. Each pasta layer is handmade, our traditional béchamel is smooth and creamy, and both our all-beef bolognese and our tomato sauce are slow cooked for a minimum of 5 hours. Finished with grated parmesan and mozzarella cheeses in between each layer, all you have to do is pop this in your own oven and enjoy any night of the week!
Ingredients: Bolognese Sauce: 100% ground beef, tomato sauce, red wine, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Homemade Pasta sheets: semolina flour, all purpose flour, egg, water, salt. Bechamel: all purpose flour, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Tomato Sauce: whole plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt. Cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan.
